Targeted Intervention is our frontline defense against HIV/AIDS. Rather than a "one size fits all" approach,
TI focuses on specific High-Risk Groups (HRGs)—including People Who Inject Drugs (PWIDs)—to provide localized and peer-led support.
Needle & Syringe Exchange Programs (NSEP): We provide sterile equipment to prevent the transmission of HIV and other infections,
coupled with safe disposal methods.
Behavioral Change Communication: One-on-one counseling and group sessions that empower individuals to make safer choices regarding drug use and sexual health.
Condom Distribution: Promoting and providing access to barrier protection to prevent the sexual transmission of HIV.
Health Referrals: Direct links to STI clinics, HIV testing centers, and detoxification facilities.
The Power of Peer Outreach: We believe the best way to reach the community is through the community.
Our TI programs utilize "Peer Educators"—individuals from within the community who provide relatable, non-judgmental support and guidance.
