treatment, and long-term support to promote health,
dignity, and recovery. Our integrated programs are designed
to address not only the medical needs of individuals who use
drugs, but also their psychological, social, and emotional
well-being. Below is an overview of the key services we offer

Our Services Include:
1. Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST)

Supervised Medication Dispensing:
Medications are dispensed under professional supervision to ensure proper use and prevent misuse.

Clinical Assessment & Follow-up:
- Initial assessment by medical professionals
- Ongoing monitoring of client progress
- Management of side effects
- Adjustment of dosages as needed

Integrated Services:
OST is linked with Targeted Intervention (TI) services to address the wider needs of injecting drug users (IDUs), including HIV/AIDS prevention and harm reduction.

2. Targeted Interventions (TI) for IDUs
Harm Reduction
- Needle and Syringe Programs (NSPs): Provide clean needles and syringes to reduce the spread of HIV and other bloodborne infections.
- Safe Injection Practices: Educate IDUs on safe injecting techniques and the proper disposal of used equipment.
HIV/AIDS Prevention
- Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT): Offer confidential HIV testing and counselling to encourage early detection and treatment.
- Condom Programming: Distribute condoms to IDUs and their partners to prevent HIV and other STIs.
STI Prevention and Treatment
- STI Testing and Treatment: Provide testing and treatment to manage and reduce the spread of STIs.
- Partner Notification: Counsel clients on the importance of informing their partners about their HIV or STI status.
Counselling and Behaviour Change Communication
- Individual and Group Counselling: Address topics such as safe sex, injecting practices, overdose prevention, and HIV/AIDS education.
- Family Counselling: Involve family members to provide support and address concerns related to drug use and health.
- Psycho-social Support: Offer support for mental health, trauma, and emotional challenges faced by IDUs.
